These Website Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of chauffyr.com and any related pages, features, and tools (the "Site"), operated by Chauffyr ("Chauffyr," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Chauffyr provides chauffeured ground-transportation arrangements at airports and cities worldwide, delivered by Chauffyr and its vetted chauffeurs and affiliates. Chauffyr operates under California PUC authority (TCP #41898-A).

The Site is primarily an informational and marketing website. It lets you learn about our services, obtain quotes, and start a reservation through an embedded third-party reservation platform. The Site is not itself a transportation carrier, and browsing the Site does not create a reservation until it is confirmed through the reservation process.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Site or to make a reservation. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements and that any information you provide is accurate and current.

Reservations and any payments are handled through a third-party reservation platform (MyLimoBiz) embedded on or linked from the Site. Chauffyr does not process card payments on chauffyr.com. Your use of that platform is subject to its own terms and privacy practices in addition to these Terms.

Prices and quotes shown on the Site or generated by our tools or AI concierge are estimates for convenience and may change based on final trip details, availability, tolls, wait time, surcharges, taxes, and other factors. A price is binding only once confirmed in your reservation. The transportation services themselves are subject to the service confirmation and any applicable transportation terms provided at or after booking.

The Site offers convenience tools such as live flight-tracking (including estimated times of arrival and diversion alerts), local events information, route and airport pages, and an AI concierge named "Ava." These features rely on third-party data and automated systems and are provided for general information only.

• Flight-tracking data, ETAs, and diversion alerts are provided by third parties, may be delayed or inaccurate, and are not guaranteed. Do not rely on them as the sole basis for time-critical decisions.
• Events and ticketing information is sourced from third parties and may change or contain errors.
• Ava is an automated assistant that may produce incomplete or inaccurate responses. Its messages are not professional, legal, financial, or travel advice and do not constitute a binding quote or a confirmed reservation.

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation, or infringe the rights of others;
• Access, scrape, harvest, or index the Site or its data by automated means except as permitted by our robots directives;
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or connected systems;
• Introduce malware or any harmful code, or probe or test the vulnerability of the Site;
• Misrepresent your identity, submit false information, or use the Site to send spam or unsolicited communications; or
• Use the Site or its content to build or train any product or model, or for any commercial purpose, without our prior written consent.

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, the Chauffyr name and marks, images, layout, and software — are owned by or licensed to Chauffyr and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written permission.

The Site may contain links to, or embed content from, third-party websites and services (for example, the reservation platform, mapping, aviation data, events, and communication tools). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of those third parties. Links do not imply endorsement, and your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

Our use of cookies and similar technologies, and your related choices and California privacy rights, are described in our Cookie Policy. By using the Site, you acknowledge that policy.

The Site and all information, tools, and content on it are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, timely, error-free, or that any information (including flight, ETA, pricing, or events data) is accurate, complete, or current. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of the above may not apply to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chauffyr and its officers, employees, affiliates, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Site or its tools, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Chauffyr and its affiliates, officers, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to the arbitration provision below, you agree that any dispute not subject to arbitration will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Contra Costa County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue.

Please read this section carefully — it affects your legal rights. Except for claims that qualify for small-claims court and requests for injunctive relief to protect intellectual property, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered under the rules of a recognized arbitration provider, seated in California, rather than in court.

You and Chauffyr agree that claims will be brought only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative proceeding (the "Class Action Waiver"). You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing book@chauffyr.com with the subject "Arbitration Opt-Out" within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Opting out will not affect any other part of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" above, and material changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
