Every Chauffyr vehicle is a late-model, gloss-black car with a professionally vetted chauffeur — consistent from New York to London to Dubai. Four classes cover every trip: Business Sedan, Business SUV, Executive Sprinter and Jet Sprinter Van, each booked with an upfront USD quote that is locked when you book.
Chauffyr runs a single-tier luxury fleet so the car you book is the car that pulls up — black exterior, black interior, late-model, bottled water and phone chargers in every row. Four classes cover every brief: a Business Sedan (our luxury sedan: Mercedes-Benz E-Class or Lincoln Aviator or similar) for one to three executives and the quietest airport transfers; a Business SUV (our luxury SUV: Cadillac Escalade or Chevrolet Suburban or similar) for four to six guests with full luggage; a Jet Sprinter with captain’s-chair cabin for teams up to eight; and an Executive Sprinter long-wheelbase for groups up to thirteen.
The same fleet powers airport transfers, corporate roadshows, Napa and Sonoma wine days, private group transportation, and worldwide chauffeur service. Our California base dispatches directly across the Bay Area; everywhere else we operate through vetted affiliate chauffeur operators onboarded to the same background-check, insurance and dress-code standard — one chauffeur bench, one 24/7 US reservations desk, one consolidated USD invoice. Every booking carries upfront quotes, flight-tracked airport pickups with 60 minutes of complimentary wait, and the exact wait-time plus cancellation terms for your class confirmed on your written quote.

How new are the vehicles?
Vehicles are late-model — typically within three years — and refreshed continuously. Ask ahead of any pickup for the exact make, model and year we're assigning.
Can I request a specific brand or color?
Every Chauffyr vehicle is black exterior with black interior. Brand requests (e.g. Mercedes-Benz E-Class, Lincoln Aviator) can be accommodated for pre-booked reservations.
What amenities are on board?
Bottled water, phone chargers and Wi-Fi are standard. Executive Sprinters add conference seating, privacy partitions and optional 4K screens.
What does the price include?
Each oneway fare bundles a tiered mileage allowance. Your confirmed quote is locked when you book.
Is a chauffeur service the same as a limo service?
The terms overlap. "Limo" often means a stretch limousine, while chauffeur service describes a professional driver and a pre-booked ride. Chauffyr runs four classes — Business Sedan, Business SUV, Jet Sprinter Van and Executive Sprinter — each with a professional chauffeur and an upfront USD quote, locked once you confirm.

Why Chauffyr vehicles look the same from city to city
Fleet consistency is one of the Chauffyr product promises an executive assistant tests against us. The booking in San Francisco produces a Mercedes-Benz E-Class / Lincoln Aviator or similar chauffeur service pickup — black exterior, black interior, late-model, bottled water and phone chargers on board; the booking in London produces a Mercedes-Benz E-Class / Lincoln Aviator or similar chauffeur service pickup against the same spec. The same logic covers the Cadillac Escalade / Chevrolet Suburban or similar chauffeur service tier (up to 6 guests), the Mercedes V-Class chauffeur service tier where regionally available, and the Executive Sprinter chauffeur tier (captain's chairs, privacy partition, up to 13 guests). We do not run a mixed-colour fleet, and we do not run a mixed-age fleet — late-model, typically within three years, is the floor. Where a city's chauffeur operator cannot meet the spec, we substitute the next-tier vehicle upward (sedan → SUV) rather than drop the brand or the colour. The booking engine renders a live rate card at the fleet level, pulled from /data/rates, so the quote reflects the vehicle class the chauffeur actually arrives in.
