This Cookie Policy explains how Chauffyr ("Chauffyr," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on chauffyr.com and any related pages (the "Site"), and the choices available to you. It is designed to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, the "CCPA/CPRA"), and applies to California residents as well as other visitors.

Functional

Remember choices you make (such as language) and enable enhanced features like our embedded reservation widget, maps, live flight-tracking tools, and the AI concierge ("Ava").

• Our reservation/booking widget provider (MyLimoBiz), which powers quotes and reservations embedded on the Site.
• Mapping and location providers used to display routes and airports.
• Aviation data providers used for live flight-tracking, ETA and diversion features.
• Event and ticketing data providers used to surface local events.
• Communication tools (such as chat, email, and messaging links).

Cookies may collect the following categories of personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA:

• Identifiers and online identifiers (e.g., IP address, device and cookie identifiers).
• Internet or other electronic network activity (e.g., pages visited, referring pages, interactions, and search terms on the Site).
• Approximate geolocation derived from IP address.
• Inferences drawn from the above to reflect preferences or characteristics.

We use this information to operate and secure the Site, measure and improve performance, remember your preferences, and — where applicable and permitted — for analytics and advertising. We do not use cookies to collect Social Security numbers, financial account credentials, or precise geolocation on this Site. Payment for any reservation is handled by our third-party reservation platform, not on chauffyr.com.

• Right to delete personal information we have collected from you.
• Right to correct inaccurate personal information.

To exercise the right to know, delete, or correct, contact us using the details in Section 12. We will verify your request and respond within the timeframes required by law. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.

Chauffyr does not sell your personal information for money. However, our use of certain analytics and advertising cookies may qualify as "selling" or "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under the CCPA/CPRA. You have the right to opt out.

You can opt out of these cookies at any time by:

• Enabling a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in your browser or extension — we treat a valid GPC signal as a request to opt out of sale/sharing for that browser or device (see Section 8);
• Adjusting your browser cookie settings to block or delete non-essential cookies (see Section 9); and/or
• Emailing us at book@chauffyr.com with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share" and the browser/device you would like applied.

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers we know to be under 16 years of age.
