How is confidentiality handled?

Chauffeurs run a quiet-vehicle default: no interaction with the principal unless invited and no post-trip details shared outside the account. For sensitive matters, tell the account manager at booking and confidentiality requirements are agreed before travel.
Can chauffeur rides be billed to the firm on one invoice?

Yes. Rides booked under the firm’s corporate account are combined on a consolidated USD invoice. Tell your account manager how the firm needs rides referenced and they confirm what the invoice can show.
Do you work trial weeks across cities?

Yes. Our bench inside the United States covers 25+ cities with chauffeur service and 131 airports in 52 countries worldwide — the Chauffyr desk runs the trial week in Delaware Chancery as readily as in SDNY, the ND Cal in San Francisco, or the Eastern District of Texas in Marshall. One account manager carries the matter across each city on the itinerary.
Can an EA book for the senior partner and the associates separately?

Yes. Several people at the firm can request rides under one corporate account, from EAs booking for partners to paralegals arranging exhibit transport. Tell your named account manager who books for whom, and every ride arrives on the firm's consolidated invoice.
Do you charge waiting time at the courthouse?

Hourly as-directed service is the standard booking pattern for trial week — the chauffeur is retained by the hour, so courthouse waiting time is covered in the booking rather than metered. For point-to-point transfers, 60 minutes of complimentary wait at commercial airports and 15 minutes elsewhere apply before any wait fee accrues, and we text the EA before any extended-wait charge.
