This Privacy Policy explains how Chauffyr ("Chauffyr," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit chauffyr.com (the "Site"), request a quote, make a reservation, or otherwise interact with us. It is designed to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, the "CCPA/CPRA"), and applies to California residents as well as other visitors.

This policy works together with our Cookie Policy, which describes the cookies and similar technologies used on the Site and your related choices.

Information you provide

When you request a quote, make or manage a reservation, contact us, or apply as a partner, you may provide your name, email, phone number, pickup and drop-off details, flight or tail number, travel dates, passenger counts, vehicle preferences, company details, and messages you send us.

Information collected automatically

When you use the Site, we and our providers may automatically collect your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring pages, interactions, approximate location derived from IP, and similar usage data through cookies and similar technologies.

Information from third parties

We may receive information from our third-party reservation platform (MyLimoBiz), affiliates and chauffeurs who fulfill trips, and analytics or advertising providers. Payment card details for reservations are handled by the reservation platform, not by chauffyr.com.

In the last 12 months we may have collected the following categories of personal information:

• Identifiers (name, email, phone, IP address, online/device identifiers).
• Customer records (booking and contact details you provide).
• Commercial information (services requested or reserved, quote history).
• Internet or network activity (browsing and interaction data on the Site).
• Geolocation data (approximate, derived from IP address).
• Professional or employment information (for corporate or partner inquiries).
• Inferences drawn from the above to reflect preferences.

We do not use the Site to collect sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers, financial account credentials, or precise geolocation. Sources of this information are you, your device, and the third parties described in Section 2.

We use personal information to:

• Provide quotes, process and manage reservations through our reservation platform, and coordinate your transportation with chauffeurs and affiliates;
• Communicate with you about bookings, changes, and support requests;
• Operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Site and our services;
• Provide convenience features such as flight-tracking, events, and the AI concierge;
• Measure performance and, with your consent where required, conduct analytics and advertising; and
• Comply with law, enforce our terms, and protect our rights and users.

We may disclose personal information to:

• Service providers who process data on our behalf (e.g., hosting, analytics, communications, and our reservation platform);
• Chauffeurs and affiliates who fulfill your trip, limited to what is needed to provide the service;
• Advertising partners, where you have not opted out, in connection with cookies (see Section 6);
• Legal and safety recipients, when required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, property, or safety; and
• Successors in a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer, subject to this policy.

We do not disclose personal information except as described in this policy.

Chauffyr does not sell your personal information for money. However, our use of certain analytics and advertising cookies may qualify as "selling" or "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under the CCPA/CPRA. You have the right to opt out.

You can opt out by enabling a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in your browser (which we honor for that browser/device), using our cookie banner or "Cookie settings," or emailing book@chauffyr.com with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share." We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

• Know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect, use, disclose, and share;
• Delete personal information we collected from you;
• Correct inaccurate personal information;
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information;
• Limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not collect it via the Site); and
• Not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy — including providing services, maintaining records, and complying with legal, tax, and accounting obligations — after which we delete or de-identify it. Retention periods vary by data type and legal requirement.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Site links to and embeds third-party services (such as the reservation platform, mapping, aviation data, and events tools). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. Please review their privacy notices.

The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

Chauffyr is based in the United States, and information we collect is processed in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate. By using the Site, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" above, and material changes take effect when posted. Please review this policy periodically.
