Can Chauffyr sign a confidentiality agreement for a VIP or celebrity booking?
Yes. NDAs and confidentiality agreements are available on request for government and VIP clients, and the desk arranges them before the trip.
Will the chauffeur hold a name board at arrivals?
Not on discreet bookings: the name board is suppressed by default. Guests who prefer discretion can ask for an unmarked arrival and no name board.
Are the vehicles marked or branded?
No. Vehicles are unmarked black-on-black, so the arrival stays low-profile at hotels, venues and airports.
Who do we contact while the trip is under way?
One 24/7 desk. Your assistant, manager or tour coordinator sends every trip to the same desk, which tracks the flight and handles changes on the day.
Can you meet a private jet at an FBO?
Yes. The desk tracks the tail number, and private-aviation (FBO) arrivals get 15 minutes of complimentary wait after actual landing time; guests are met plane-side where the FBO permits, lobby-side otherwise.
Can you move an entourage, band or team together?
Yes. Executive Sprinter vans (up to 13 guests) and SUVs cover crew, band and team movements, with multi-vehicle moves coordinated through one dispatch desk.
Does Chauffyr provide personal security?
No. Chauffyr provides chauffeured transportation only — not security services. We coordinate with your security team on pickup points, timing and routes.
