By accessing or using Chauffyr's website, mobile experiences, booking tools, or any related services (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Chauffyr is operated by Global Luxury Ride (CA PUC TCP #41898-A).
2. Reservations & Payment
Quotes are indicative until confirmed by our 24/7 reservations desk. All fares are quoted in US dollars and include tolls, airport access fees, fuel, and 60 minutes of complimentary airport wait time; gratuity is not included.
3. Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellation windows vary by vehicle class and pickup location — your exact cancellation terms are confirmed with your quote. Please contact our 24/7 desk at +1-833-457-5466 for your specific window.
4. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chauffyr shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, or special damages. Maximum aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the reservation in question.
