Airport pickups
The first 60 minutes of airport wait after landing are complimentary on every arrival. We track your flight live — delayed, early, or diverted — and your chauffeur stays as the schedule shifts without re-timing fees.
Non-airport pickups
Standard non-airport pickups include a 15-minute grace period. Additional wait is billed in 15-minute increments at the vehicle's prevailing hourly rate, charged in arrears on the final receipt.
Hourly / as-directed bookings
Your chauffeur stays with you for the booked hours — there is no additional wait fee during the booked window. Extensions billed in 15-minute increments at the booked hourly rate.
Meet & greet
Optional in-terminal Meet & Greet is $35 for Sedan and SUV, $135 for Executive Sprinter. Includes a name board at baggage claim and bag assistance.
