Common questions
Routes, answered
Which airport should a business traveller use for the Peninsula and Silicon Valley?
It depends on the flight and the first meeting. SFO suits Peninsula and San Francisco agendas, SJC suits Silicon Valley campuses and the South Bay, and OAK suits the East Bay and Tri-Valley. Each airport group above links to route pages that explain the pickup rules.
Can an executive assistant or travel manager book for someone else?
Yes. Send the traveller’s name, mobile number, flight and destination; confirmations can go to both the booker and the traveller.
How are these routes priced?
Each ride gets a live USD estimate for the exact pickup, destination and vehicle; your confirmed quote is locked when you book. Fares include tolls, parking, airport fees, fuel and the complimentary wait window; a 20% gratuity is added when you book.
What is the complimentary wait at the airport?
60 minutes at commercial airports, counted from actual landing, and 15 minutes at FBO, private-aviation and other pickups. Flights are tracked so a delay moves the pickup.
Can a route continue into meetings or a multi-stop day?
Yes. Add hourly as-directed time after the airport transfer, or list every stop on one request, and the same chauffeur stays with the traveller.
What if my route is not listed?
Request a quote with any pickup and destination. Routes not shown here are quoted the same way.
